Novi, Fenton facilities failed to disclose requested documents and information

(LANSING)— Michigan Protection & Advocacy Service, Inc. (MPAS) filed suit in federal district court today against the owners and operators of Whitehall Healthcare Center of Novi and Fenton Healthcare challenging their failure to disclose documents and information related to the abuse and neglect of patients residing in their nursing home facilities.

(LANSING)— Michigan Protection & Advocacy Service, Inc. (MPAS) today announced its participation in National Disability Employment Awareness Month, an annual awareness campaign that takes place each October. The purpose of National Disability Employment Awareness Month is to educate  individuals about disability employment issues and celebrate the many and varied contributions of America's workers with disabilities.
