Developmental Disabilities Institute Webinar Series

A free Webinar Series conducted by the Developmental Disabilities Institute is being offered to social workers, professionals from various human service fields, disability advocates, educators, family members and individuals with disabilities.  The Series is a competency based, internet delivered course that addresses both community values and a common core of disability values.  The goal of the series is that participants acquire the knowledge to develop disability leadership skills for themselves, professionals, people with disabilities, family members, and students training in the field.  The program touches on various disability-related topic areas.  Each webinar is 90 minutes in length and facilitated by experts in each of the topic areas.
